About Us

Mann Solicitors

Mann Solicitors was formed in 2010 and is based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire dealing exclusively with Wills and Trusts, Probate (the administration of estates), Inheritance Tax planning, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client issues to include advice on long term care planning and residential care fees.

Our aim is to provide high standards of client care which meet the individual needs of the clients. We can attend you at your home and liaise with your accountants, financial advisers and other professionals to ensure your legal solutions are met.

Mann Solicitors can help you with writing a Will. If no valid Will is in place, then your estate may not go to those you would like it to.

We can discuss with you how to reduce your exposure to Inheritance Tax. Currently the first £325,000.00 is liable at a rate of 40%. Through Wills and Trusts and sound advice, this amount can be reduced considerably.

Establishing a Trust can help provide for your family by ensuring that for example disabled family members, compensation payments and pension lump sums can be protected. Trusts can ensure that those people you want to benefit from your estate do preventing accidental disinheritance as well as assisting with tax and wealth planning.

We can discuss and assist you with all aspects of Powers of Attorney from General powers to Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

We can guide you through the process of long term NHS and Residential Care issues which affect the elderly and give you continual help and assistance through the ongoing long term care maze.
"My Mother's Will needed to be done quite quickly. Isobel had the whole thing organised, drafted, witnessed (including visiting twice) within 24hrs - Brilliant." Mrs Mitchell, Rushden.
